Where can I go on my computer I downloaded the books put on my Kindle?

Is there a site where you can download books on my computer that I did in my Kindle and do not want you to pay? I do not mean classic books. I think recent bestseller like Harry Potter, Twilight, etc.

    It is not legal. These books are review copies, and its authors deserve some of the proceeds of their work.
