		<description>No, your old content will not disappear.  All you need to do is when you get your new Kindle, register it under your old account and you will have access to all your original content.  

You old content will appear as &quot;archived item&quot; on your  new Kindle home screen.  Simply click on it and choose the items you want. 

Also, the content that is on the Kindle you are giving to your sister will still be there for her to enjoy.  If she delete them, they will be gone forever. . . unless of course she re-register to your account again and get  more content. . . or purchase her own content via her personal account.
